Lemons,lemons lemons

 What do you think of when you see this picture? I see bounty,sweetness,I think of Italy and lemon pies.My mind goes immediately to wondering what I can bake with these beautiful fruit.

Our backyard tree is a Meyer lemon tree and for the last decade has consistently given us beautiful fruit.I had to pick at least 30 off the tree on the weekend and I am really going to step up my baking game this week before they go bad. I am not a fresh lemonade loving gal.
