When Disaster Strikes!

 This my dear readers was "supposed" to be a Gypsy Tart.A simple tart with shortcrust base and then the center is a mixture of condensed and evaporated milk and brown sugar.Baked in 25 mins and it looks like a custard tart.My husband requested it for his birthday and this is what I presented him with. (The oven wasn't any prettier).The upside was that it tasted lovely and we mixed it in with icecream. Always a bright side.
